The International Women’s Empowerment Convention (WE Convention) recently concluded its highly successful 2024 event, once again proving itself as the definitive global platform dedicated to female ambition. Dubai welcomed over 2,000 attendees and more than 100 influential speakers from over 75 countries for two days of transformative learning, inspiration, and connection.
The convention embraced the theme “Big Goals, Bold Choices,” offering attendees a clear roadmap for unlocking their leadership potential and achieving significant career and life goals. The diverse speaker lineup delivered exceptional insights, with headliners like Maria Sharapova, the tennis champion turned entrepreneur, and Carla Bruni, a former first lady and supermodel. Their presence was complemented by members of MENA region royal families, leading executives from global brands, renowned psychologists, and digital innovators. The range of expertise spanned leadership, finance, artificial intelligence, the metaverse, and more.
Beyond the main stage, participants seized additional opportunities for growth. Roundtable discussions with industry leaders tackled real-world challenges, while workshops provided specialized training. The Mentoring Zone, powered by the Female Factor, allowed attendees to connect with top professionals in their fields for personalized coaching sessions.
Recognizing the vital link between mental wellbeing and achievement, the WE Convention also featured a unique “Serenity Corner” by Whispers of Serenity Clinic of Oman. This space offered respite and provided resources for reflection and personal assessment.
