Pomellato Sparkles with Pom Pom Dot Launch in Dubai

Pomellato unveils new Pom Pom Dot collection with star-studded Dubai launch. Discover reversible jewels inspired by history, featuring diamonds and vibrant hard stones.

Italian fine jewelry house Pomellato brought a touch of Milanese glamour to the Dubai skyline with the exclusive launch of its Pom Pom Dot collection. Set against the backdrop of the iconic Burj Khalifa, celebrities and influencers gathered at Jara by Martin Berasategui, a stylish restaurant terrace within The Lana Hotel, Dorchester Collection.

A Jewel with Meaning and Versatility

Inspired by a piece from Pomellato’s 1974 archives, the Pom Pom Dot collection reimagines the humble button. Historically seen as both a practical fastener and a talisman of protection, Pomellato elevates this familiar form into a luxurious jewel. The real highlight is its reversible design – one side boasts captivating hard stones like malachite, white mother-of-pearl, or gray mother-of-pearl, while the other glistens with brilliant diamond pavé. This versatility invites endless combinations of color and texture.

Star-Studded Celebration

VIP singer and songwriter Marita Hallani provided the evening’s soundtrack, her contemporary fusion of original songs enchanting the crowd. Stylish celebrities adorned with Pomellato’s bold pieces were spotted throughout the event, including Dima Sheikhly, Kouloud Alali, Yasmine Zahran, Natasha Aris, Dana Hallani, and DJ Hilde. The Pom Pom Dot collection proved the perfect complement to their chic ensembles, reflecting the understated elegance for which Milanese fashion is renowned.

Wearable Luxury

Beyond its historical significance, the Pom Pom Dot collection speaks to Pomellato’s commitment to modern luxury. The pieces, including pendants, bracelets, and earrings, are designed for effortless mixing, matching, and layering. Whether worn as a minimalist statement or combined for maximalist effect, this collection empowers the wearer to express their personal style.
