Dubai’s visionary developer OMNIYAT has brought yet another dream project to life: the world’s first coastal mixed-use garden retreat to be designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, The Alba encompasses high-end residences managed by the Dorchester Collection, with two-bedroom furnished, three-bedroom unfurnished, as well as three or four-bedroom simplex, duplex units, and penthouses, all designed to meet individual needs.
The new development was unveiled at the Monaco Yacht Show, which took place at the exclusive Yacht Club de Monaco, and the signing ceremony between OMNIYAT’s founder and executive chairman Mahdi Amjad, and Christopher Cowdray, president of Dorchester Collection, was a particular highlight.

The development also includes Dorchester Collection’s second hotel in Dubai with OMNIYAT, as well as Dubai’s largest and most luxurious wellness centre, all set to emerge on Palm Jumeirah’s shores in 2028.
