Ahmed Seddiqi, long regarded as the UAE’s guardian of fine watchmaking culture, has officially crossed borders, opening its first boutique in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Marking a landmark moment in the company’s 75-year legacy, the Riyadh flagship signals a confident new chapter for the family-owned group as it extends its horological influence across the region.
Set on the prestigious Tahliah Street, the 4,400 square foot space is the first stand-alone Seddiqi boutique and a statement of intent. Inside, more than 25 leading Maisons await, from Girard-Perregaux and Ulysse Nardin to the Saudi debuts of Italian jewellery houses Palmiero and Picchiotti. Independent watchmaking is well represented too, with Ressence, Bremont and H. Moser & Cie anchoring the collector-focused offering.
Designed as a destination rather than a store, the boutique spans dedicated watch and jewellery floors, branded corners, four VIP salons and a hospitality area, supported by an on-site watch technician; a nod to the group’s after-sales prowess. For the Seddiqi family, the expansion is both strategic and deeply personal: a continuation of a legacy built on connoisseurship, curation and an unwavering belief in elevating the region’s appreciation of mechanical artistry.
